Three groups, one pipeline: artists, DJs and listeners. Everything is designed to move strong Caribbean records from submission to real-world play through an anonymous DJ review process.

1 ARTISTS SUBMIT A TRACK

Independent artists submit one clean, club-ready, radio-friendly Soca, Reggae or Dancehall single.

2 TRACK IS SCREENED FOR FIT

The team checks genre fit, audio quality, clean edit and overall readiness.

3 DJS REVIEW ANONYMOUSLY

A panel of DJs hears the track without being told the artist's name or location. The music has to stand on its own.

4 DJS VOTE

The panel decides whether the track earns enough support to move forward as a RekHeard Break.

EARN A REKHEARD BREAK

RekHeard Breakz receive playlist support, DJ exposure, social features, and more as the platform grows.

5 WHAT IS A REKHEARD BREAK?

A RekHeard Break is more than a playlist placement.

It is a recognition earned through the RekHeard Breakerz review process when a song receives enough support from the DJ panel.

Songs that earn a RekHeard Break receive playlist support, DJ promotion, social features and future opportunities within the RekHeard Breakerz ecosystem.

It is our way of highlighting music that deserves to be heard.

One song per submission.
Soca, Reggae or Dancehall only.
Clean, radio-friendly, club-ready version.
No riddim tracks – send singles only.
Must be in English
Track must be available on Spotify.
You must own or control the rights.

Every track is reviewed for fit. Approved tracks will be selected for upcoming podcast episodes. If your track earns a RekHeard Break, it receives playlist support, DJ promotion, social features and future opportunities within the RekHeard Breakerz ecosystem.

SEASON 1 - EPISODE 4
